Amal is a great platform for professional and personal growth. I’ve learned communication and professional skills, and many more. Besides this, I’ve learned a lot of life lessons. I got courage, appreciation, Acknowledgement, strength, and a beautiful family outside my home. These things made me emotionally attached to this fellowship.

Refreshing and Energizing

Being part of this fellowship was a great and refreshing experience like the freshness of these flowers. I’ve never been much happy and relaxed while STUDYING. I enjoyed these three months a lot. Being taught by wonderful mentors, Sir Rizwan and Ma’am Hira, learning from great people from different areas of expertise, batch-184, and working with the awesome team members, my circle fellows, was a refreshing, energizing, and beautiful experience.

Shine like sun through the clouds of fears

First 2 weeks at Amal were a bit different. Because the journey had just started, I had some doubts and fears. During first week, I was enjoying the first online course along with the fear of exposure in weekend sessions. I lacked confidence and was shy. That’s why I was hesitant to attend the session with my camera on and to participate in the session. Basically I was afraid of discouragement or insult. I also had many doubts regarding if I would be able to complete this fellowship or would I be able to learn and excel in professionalism. But the session went quite interesting and enjoyable. I was appreciated for discussing my point of views and it was encouraging. It taught me that I have to shine, bright like sun, through the clouds of fear.

My Life Map

1st two weeks were all about discovering yourself, discovering your passion and purpose of life and reflections on life through life maps. I enjoyed these courses a lot. Through the reflections, I realized what I have learned through all the good and bad experiences I had so far. What I’ve gained from them and how these lessons are going to help me in future.

Burn yourself and glow

There was already a lot of university work. Amal work added to it and it seemed like I could not manage both projects side by side. It was very difficult for me. But this fellowship was so beneficial and the project work was so interesting that I had to manage time for it. It enhanced my time management skills and helped me to get out of my comfort zone. The appreciation and the encouraging feedback I got after every project work made me realize the importance of effort and hardwork and I started working even harder. It taught me that to shine brighter you have to burn yourself. Success doesn’t come easy.

Fly high in the sky

I discovered many things about myself and I learned how to polish the positive and good traits and how to work on the areas of improvement in my personality. Also, my goals got clearer. I discovered the exact purpose of my life and how to align my goals towards my purpose. It boosted my self-belief and the acknowledgement I received, was encouraging and energizing. Amal gave me the courage to dream big and the strength to fly high.
