Almost everyone is familiar with freelancing at this age. For freelancing, you only need a working computer and internet to start working and, you can do wonders. According to research, 90% of employees prefer freelancing rather than a typical 9–5 job. But at the same time, they are employees working under their employers.

FREELANCING:

You have the liberty to choose between different works, and you can comfortably refuse any task you find undesirable. There’s no workload, and you can do various types of jobs, having more opportunities to learn and grow, which leads to higher productivity.
Best of all, you can take some time off for a vacation, whenever you want. And, no need to do paperwork, submit an application, or write an email for a day off.

Cons: Well, despite all this comfort, there’s no regular workflow in freelancing. you can’t be sure of finding work daily. Moreover, income is unpredictable and always changing.
As there are no routine or fixed hours, and you have to adjust to the timings of your foreign clients, this makes time management difficult for some people. Also, there’s a higher risk of getting distracted and procrastinating.
Although it’s the fastest way to improve income, it costs a lot of time, patience, hard work, and perseverance, as it might take you weeks to get your first order.

FULL-TIME JOB
Pros: The major benefit of a full-time job is that it offers a predictable, fixed income as a one-time payment. You don’t have to worry about spending weeks with zero balance in your account.
Cause of the routine, it provides regularity in work. Moreover, working in a company with different people give you a higher chance to enhance your communication and teamwork skills, and makes it easy to work with various clients.
If you are working as a full-time employee, you can also enjoy the benefits like health insurance, paid vacation trips, paid leaves, etc.

Cons: Most bothersome thing about a full-time job is that you have to follow the orders of your boss. You have to follow the company calendar and rules while working in a strict environment.
The possibility of personal growth is comparatively less because usually, you are required to do limited types of work and take no risks or experiment with different jobs.
You have to face office politics sometimes and deal with the clients you don’t like. There are fewer chances of making a decision yourself without the need for permission from authorities.
